Human Expenditure Program (also called Bloodmoney 2) is a psychological horror simulation game made by ShroomyChrist Studios and released in 2025. It’s the sequel to BLOODMONEY!, placing Harvey Harvington inside a digital world where you decide whether to protect or break him.

Core Gameplay

The game blends daily-care mechanics with unsettling horror elements. There’s no score or timer. Instead, Harvey reacts to everything you do, from feeding him to leaving him alone. Over time, your choices unlock strange rooms, eerie messages, and hidden memories from the first game.

How to Play Step by Step

• Move Around Rooms – Use the mouse to click between the kitchen, bedroom, living area, and glitch zones.
• Interact with Items – Drag food to Harvey when he’s hungry, or toys to improve his mood. Tools may trigger unexpected reactions.
• Watch Status Bars – Keep an eye on hunger, health, and happiness. Letting them drop can make Harvey unstable or sick.
• Clean Up the Space – Drag leftover food and broken items into the trash to prevent his world from breaking down.
• Experiment Carefully – Each choice affects his behavior. Pushing him too far can lead to dark outcomes.
